THIRSTY™ is written for leaders in every setting: corporate, church, community, non-profit and emerging business, including neurodiverse leaders and those leading through chronic conditions. It is not motivational coaching. It is structured leadership development, rooted in governance discipline and designed for high-accountability environments where character and competence carry equal weight.

Delivery formats
Choose how your leaders learn.
Cohorts are kept deliberately small, at 4 to 15 delegates per session, so the room stays genuinely interactive. Venue is client-nominated, with zero operational downtime for site leads in the half-day format.
Option A
2-Day Full Certification
Facilitated in person over two consecutive days. Full framework, applied exercises, delegate assessment and certification on completion.
Option B
4-Week Half-Day Full Certification
One facilitated half-day per week across a month. The same certification outcome, structured to sit alongside a working diary, with application time between sessions, so site leads stay on the floor.
Community
THIRSTY™ Foundations, Community Session
A half-day introduction to all seven principles for community SMMEs and mid-sized community organisations, with lighter, collaborative exercises. Designed to be sponsored by corporates, clubs, churches and non-profit bodies funding local enterprise development. The sponsor provides the venue and hosting; Saincon provides all material and facilitation.

An introduction to the seven principles in under 30 minutes, free, from the Saincon online store. A free live online Lite session is also planned for late October or November 2026, with the date to be announced.
