Risk carried, not just cost saved
The larger exposure is rarely the salary line. In South Africa an unfair dismissal award can reach twelve months' remuneration, and twenty-four months where the dismissal is found to be automatically unfair. A failed certification audit costs re-audit fees and, in tendered environments, eligibility itself. Saincon's record carries no adverse award and no major non-conformance.
