The practice
Sixteen years of continuous independent consulting.
Saincon is a South African operations and business management consultancy delivering C-suite-level operational leadership, people management and governance capability on a fractional or project basis. Founded in 2017, the practice carries 16 years of continuous independent consulting into every engagement.
Administration and operations management and HR and people management are our two primary disciplines. ISO 9001 quality systems are a specialisation layered across both, so that process, people and compliance are built together rather than bolted on afterwards.

ISO 9001:2015 consulting
First certification achieved through our consulting in 2017, further leading to clean audits, and now prepared for the 2026 revision. Saincon consults on ISO 9001 and is not itself ISO 9001 certified.
Compliance record
Zero adverse Department of Labour actions, zero CCMA awards and zero GRC non-conformances.
EXCO and board reporting
Reporting designed and delivered at executive committee and board level.
Qualifications
IQB/ICB certifications, and an Alison Diploma in Integrated Management Systems and Best Practices for Auditing.
